20 years ago Sonia qualified as a Nutritional Therapist, training with Dr. Plaskett in Britain. Then shortly after that Sonia started training with the renowned Beryl Craine, who has done much to advance reflexology in Britain and elsewhere in the world. A stay in Australia the home of alternative medicine, here Sonia trained as a Naturopath. Sonia is a published author.
2009 the launch of our own brand of natural, organic, toxic-chemical-free personal care products. These products are the first of their kind in Panama.

Howard Jones Acupuncturist, takes care of the business and financial side of our spas, clinic, and our own natural/organic spa skin care products business.
Had many years experience in the corporate world in Britain, before training in Australia as a Acupuncturist. has had several clinics in different countries, at present in Panama.

Mark Perren-Jones (no relative) Acupuncturist, Sports Injury Specialist, Remedial Massage, and Joint 
Molibization. Mark is Australian and started off life as an actor – then started training nearly 20 years ago in Australia.Mark specializes in joint and muscle problems.
About 10 years ago we met Mark in Australia, and have worked together ever since in various clinics. We often work as a team putting our heads together to work out the best course of action for each individual patient.
In addition we specialize in alternative treatments and educating people who are suffering chronic conditions like arthritic or asthma. We are also successful in the area of helping with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.
The third area is natural healthy weight-loss.
